SpaceX is making over 15,000 Starlink dishes per day. However, it is only 70,000 per week so this means only 5 days per week. This is a 3.5 Million dish per year runrate. This was revealed in the pre-launch info for Flight 8 (launch scrubbed). Millions of people buying and using dishes is how SpaceX is making tens of billions of dollars.
SpaceX revenue will pass the annual budget of NASA in 2025.
SpaceX expanded and is expanding the Bastrop Texas dish factory and is now on pace to have 10 million customers by the end of 2025. SpaceX could further increase the production rate of dishes mid year.
Starlink has over 5 million customers now. SpaceX will expand from about 4 million customers in 2024 to 9-10 million customers.
SpaceX is likely only running two shifts per week. They are adding another 1 million square feet and could increase to four shifts.
Alexandra Noe Senior Director Starlink production says they make 15,000 dishes per day. John Federspiel another Senior Director says 15000/day standard starlink kits.
I think they also make premium kits, cruise ship units, starlink mini, airplane units, commercial (for towns and bases 10 gbps). So 25-35% more of the non-standard units.
3% more maritime
5% more business
~25% more roaming, mini, mobility
SpaceX revenue was about $8-9 billion from the Starlink portion and $4 billion from launch. This will likely increase to $30 billion in total revenue and $24 billion in Starlink revenue.

If there is another tripling of dish production and reaching 26-30 million customers at the end of 2026, then SpaceX Starlink would have $60-70 billion in revenue.
With the expansion this year they can grow to 22-25k standard kits. The mini and mobile units are not counted as standard units.
I think for next year they will need to go ballistic after Starship is flying to increase the rate of caapacity added per flight. Expansion this year and next year. They will go to 24-7 production. Dishes are comparable to the production of flat panel monitors.
In 2026, four shifts in expanded factory should produce 60-80K per day, 420-560k per week. 24-28 million per year. With Starships going they really need to 5X of even that production.
If they can get all 40,000 V3 satellites up but that would be not just 10X the number of satellites but make much bigger satellites. Could take 2-3 years to ramp the satellites and the dishes to that level.
SpaceX has released a new video giving us a first look in their new Starlink kit production factory in Texas. They are currently producing 15,000 new Starlink kits per day, a run rate of nearly 5.5 million annually. (except only 5 day a week, 1 or 2 shift production).
